VPN with a Russian IP address — a server in Moscow
The server sits in Moscow, AS216246. It is for people outside Russia: Russian services check the country of your address, and a European server does not help — you need a Russian exit.

Measured 2026-09-04, from the server itself · to 1.1.1.1 from the server, average of three runs
Services with their own address databases, Google among them, may place an exit differently; we re-measure after each address change.
A Russian address helps wherever a service checks your country: RuTube and VK Video open their full catalogue, and Bitrix24 and corporate telephony see their home region. Banks and Gosuslugi run their own checks, so we do not promise they will accept a VPN address. All three geolocation databases agree on Moscow, so a site using any of them will see Russia.
The server is part of the PRO plan: $3.00 per device for 30 days, $2.70 each for three devices, $2.40 each for five; the Basic plan does not include it. Russian sites go direct by default, so from abroad add ?split=0 to your subscription link. IPv6 is switched off on purpose: geolocation databases place the node's IPv6 address in London. Latency to 1.1.1.1 is higher than from our European locations — Cloudflare is simply farther from Moscow.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this a dedicated IP address?
- No. The addresses are shared and static: they do not change on every connection, so your logins stay put, but you share the address with other users of the server.
- Can I switch between locations?
- Yes. Every location in your plan arrives in one subscription list; switching is a tap in the app, with nothing extra to pay.
- Do Russian sites and banking apps work through the tunnel?
- For someone in Russia the subscription carries a routing profile: Russian sites go direct, everything else through the server. Abroad it is the other way round — pick the Russia server from the PRO plan and use the subscription link with split=0, and Russian services will see a Russian address.
